Web Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern subscription purchases made on aspra.app or aspra.app via Stripe Checkout. They are separate from purchases made through the iOS App Store, which are governed by Apple's terms. These Terms of Sale supplement (and do not replace) our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all subscription purchases made through our website. By completing a purchase on the website, you agree to these terms.
2. Seller

Trackora LLC is the Merchant of Record for web purchases.
3. Payment Processor
Web purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). When you complete a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Aspra does not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive only: your billing name, your billing email, your billing country, the last four digits of your card (for support purposes), and the transaction outcome.
US sales tax and EU VAT (where applicable) are calculated and collected by Stripe Tax at checkout and remitted by Stripe to the appropriate authority.
4. Products and Prices
The products available on the website are the same subscription tiers offered in the iOS app:

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) at the point of sale. If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer will convert at their published rate at the time of charge. Aspra does not control that exchange rate.
Taxes: Sales tax (US), VAT (EU/UK), or GST (AU/NZ/Canada) is added at checkout where applicable, calculated by Stripe Tax based on your billing address.
Pricing may change. Existing subscribers are grandfathered to their current price for the remainder of their current billing period. Price changes apply at the next renewal, with at least 30 days advance notice via email.
5. Subscription Term, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Term. Annual subscriptions run for 12 months. Weekly subscriptions run for 7 days. Each period renews automatically at the same price for another period of equal length unless cancelled.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (link sent in your confirmation email and accessible from your Account page on aspra.app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for.
No partial period refunds for change of mind. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the period, and we do not refund the partial period. The 14-day refund window in Section 8 applies separately.
6. Free Trial
The 3-day free trial offered on Annual subscriptions can be activated at checkout when you have not previously used a trial. During the trial, you have full access to the subscribed tier's features.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the annual subscription price.
To cancel during the trial, use the Stripe Customer Portal or email refunds@aspra.app at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Free trials may be limited to one per Stripe Customer; Stripe enforces this.
7. Order Confirmation and Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon successful payment. Access to the Service is provisioned immediately upon successful charge (or at the end of the trial period for trial-initiated subscriptions). The Service is delivered electronically — there is no physical product.
If you do not receive your order confirmation within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder, then contact billing@aspra.app.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for the full terms. Summary:
- 14-day refund window from purchase or renewal date, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, refunds at our discretion (typically granted for service defects).
- EU/UK 14-day statutory withdrawal right preserved (Section 9 below).
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees preserved (Section 10 below).
9. EU/UK/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase or renewal, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to refunds@aspra.app within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you for the cancelled period within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used.
This right exists alongside our standard 14-day refund window — both apply.
10. Australian Consumer Law
If you are a consumer in Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits those rights.
11. Defective Service
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For documented material outages (the Service or core features being unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours), we provide either:
- A pro-rata service credit for the outage duration, OR
- A pro-rata refund of the outage duration.

12. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current price for the remainder of their current billing period. Price changes apply at the next renewal with at least 30 days advance email notice. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel auto-renewal before the next renewal and you will not be charged the new price.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU/UK consumer law overrides where applicable for EU/UK consumers.
